# Date and Time

The Date and Time connector allows the agent to access information related to the current date and time.

It can be used to answer questions such as:

What is today’s date?

What day of the week will a specific date be?

How much time is left until a specific deadline?

What was the date X days ago?

What will the date be X days from now?

This connector is useful for agents that need to work with deadlines, due dates, schedules, internal routines, or responses that depend on the current date.
