How does the Power Omni billing model work?

The model is Hybrid:

Fixed Monthly Cost: A per-license fee that grants access to the platform, governance features, and interface.

Variable Cost (Token Consumption): Charges made by Microsoft related to Azure usage. Power Omni only monitors and audits this consumption for you.

Is the Onboarding Fee mandatory?

Yes, it covers the initial implementation costs, Azure environment setup, and customer support during the first steps on the platform.

Can I limit usage (USD) directly in Omni?

Yes. Within the tool, in the Configuration Portal, there is an option called Budgets, where you can set usage limits in USD for the platform.
