# Licensing and Costs

#### How does the Power Omni billing model work?

The model is **Hybrid**:

**Fixed Monthly Cost:** A per-license fee that grants access to the platform, governance features, and interface.

**Variable Cost (Token Consumption):** Charges made by Microsoft related to Azure usage. Power Omni only monitors and audits this consumption for you.

#### Is the Onboarding Fee mandatory?

Yes, it covers the initial implementation costs, Azure environment setup, and customer support during the first steps on the platform.

#### Can I limit usage (USD) directly in Omni?

Yes. Within the tool, in the Configuration Portal, there is an option called **Budgets**, where you can set usage limits in USD for the platform.
