My Trial Period Has Ended, What Happens Now?

The 30-day Power Omni trial period is the ideal time for your company to validate the security, governance, and productivity of our corporate AI. This page explains what happens at the end of the evaluation and how to proceed with the subscription.

Conversion Process

The conversion process to the paid plan is simple and automatic, ensuring service continuity and avoiding interruptions.

• Trial Duration: The free trial period lasts 30 days.

• Acceptance of Terms: During activation, the electronic acceptance of the terms was completed directly on the platform.

• Automatic Conversion: At the end of the 30 days, the account will be automatically converted to the paid plan.

• Cancellation: Automatic conversion is only prevented if a formal cancellation request is submitted before the end of the trial period.

Commercial Conditions After the Trial

After conversion, billing will be based on the following conditions and values:

Infrastructure (Tokens and Azure)

Power Omni uses the customer’s own Azure environment, ensuring full control over corporate data.

• Token Consumption (Azure): Azure infrastructure consumption, which includes token usage and AI processing, is paid directly by the customer to Microsoft.

• Cost Monitoring: You have full transparency and usage auditing, with cost reports that allow real-time tracking of token consumption and amounts paid to Microsoft.

Support Plans

At the end of the trial, support becomes paid or reduced, depending on the selected plan.
